It's real simple. In normal times, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, due to the coronavirus, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Except for a defective product which we will send you a new item at no charge.
Simply email your name and/or order number and describe the defect (a picture would be great but is optional) in our Contact Us form or email it to hello@carbonbiotech.com or call 1-800-614-6983. We will ship out a new item at no cost to you.
